English Teaching Question

So a little while ago I saw Tokyocooney's blogtv show with Ron from Canada. He mentioned that he had this job teaching English and singing songs like the abc song with kids on the phone. Does anybody know the name of the school/company that does this? I think the part where he says it is cut off. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

the company is called World Family. I believe it is owned by disney.
