I need to get proper head shots. It took this at the park near my house with a remote control camera.

And Ive used this shot for 4 years. Seriously... I need to hire a proper photographer.

Don't worry ;) there are good shots in your videos.
Just try taking more photos of yourself. 例えば飲み会の時、撮ったほうがいいよ。
1 in every 100 photos have to be good :?
