I second the best of idea. That would be really good, maybe like once a month or so you go to some place that you really like.

Now i want to know where i can listen to your podcast? Any direct link?

Thanks-Curtis

Rock concerts

Postby nate1881 on Sun Jun 15, 2008 6:56 am

I'm not sure what kind of music you are into.

An awesome concert would be cool.

The harder the music the better the vlog.

I'm not in to extremely hard music myself but...

I usally post when I'm drunk.

Hell. I miss Tokyo.

Just saying hi.

Once again thanks for the MMA vlog. It made my day plus a couple.

Fuji Rock Festival would be ideal for an idea like this. Although I can't speak for Kevin, I'll be there doing a vid. So yeah...um...watch it!

OK, and now back to Kevin.

Great ideal Mister NES.

It's weird. I was watching some Tokyo Swan and Tokyo Sam today.

I saw you a couple of times.

Live it up. I will be back in Tokyo.

I heard about the Fuji Rock Fest on the Met Pod. Still enjoy that Podcast, even if I don't live in Tokyo.

How about a yakyu (baseball) game.....maybe a vlog from the Big Egg. They've got a great mayo dog at the "Hot Dog Inn"...just look for the big ass Miller beer sign.

Maybe a down on your luck pachinko parlor trip vlog....

Edit: Meiji Jingu Stadium is a great place to actually watch a game (gimme outdoors over dome any day for game viewing)...plus, I'd take the Swallows over Kyojin...

While Meiji Jingu is more fun to watch a game at, Tokyo Dome would probably make a more entertaining video just for the pure fact there's much more to do around the stadium. I guess if you wanted to travel out to Saitama (Tokorozawa - Seibu Lions) or Chiba (Lotte Marines), but it's probably not worth the trip when the others are so much closer.

Regardless, there's just something enchanting about drinking crappy overpriced beer off of a Japanese woman's back....beat's the beer vendors at Wrigley, for sure.

actually just got a 2 am phone message from TkyoSam that he is going to a game today. Thinking about going... but unfortunately no one got tickets in advance so there are only standing tickets left. Maybe just might be the next vlog. But Ive got a lot of work to do so I may have to miss it. Besides I dont really feel like standing and watching.

Oooh....Kyojin tai Hanshin....guaranteed to be rowdy (for a Japanese baseball game) and just about the only game I'd stand for. Hope you were able to go! There's also a Tigers/Giants game on Wednesday.

Awesome...you went...and way to chat up the beer girls! You looked a little warm in the suit, though.

Seeing Asakusa and Kappabashi-dori is always cool. It's a little touristy, but still fun. Can't get enough of the Golden Turd, either!

Is the ramen museum in Yokohama any fun?
